Does the hotel provide free Wi-Fi?

We provide complimentary Wi-Fi in our lobby. To have Wi-Fi access in your guest room you need to purchase via the Bentley landing page; $9.95 per day/per device.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment do you have? What are the hours?

We have a complimentary fitness center on our second floor. It is available to use between the hours of 6AM and 11PM. Our fitness center is equipped with a free weights stations, cardio stations (treadmill & elliptical) and medicine balls.

Do you have a business center?

We have a business center located on our second floor.
Fee: $5.00 for every 20 minutes.
Complimentary: Boarding pass printing.

Do you offer free shuttle services from the airport?

Do you have on-site parking? Do you offer valet parking? What is the price?

Although we offer on-site parking, valet parking is not provided.

Self Parking:

$25 + tax (Sedan – 24 hours, no in & our privileges)
$30 + tax (SUV – 24 hours, no in & our privileges)

I booked through an online travel agent website, other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

Who can I email to request a copy of my bill from my recent stay?

Do you offer an in-room safe for guests?

All of our guest rooms are equipped with in-room safes for your convenience.

Is the hotel room equipped with a mini-fridge?

All of our guest rooms are equipped with a fully stocked private bar (charged based on consumption). Per request and availability, we can send up an extra mini fridge. To empty out the fully stocked mini bar, a one-time service charge of $20 will be applied to your final bill.

Do you offer complimentary coffee and tea?

We do not offer complimentary morning coffee and tea.

Do you have a restaurant on site? Room Service? Bar?

We have two on-site restaurants; Prime at the Bentley, our Kosher Steakhouse, is located on the rooftop and offers stunning panoramic views of Manhattan. Prime Service Station, our Kosher Italian Eatery, is located on the ground level.

We also offer a quick grab-and-go breakfast option in our Lobby Bar. Featuring Starbucks Coffee, tea, juices, and a vast assortment of fresh baked goods, our Lobby Bar is open daily 6:30AM through 1:30PM.

Room Service is available for breakfast only, and is provided by an outside vendor.

What is the price for your breakfast?

Breakfast is available a la carte via room service and our Lobby Bar.

Can I store my luggage with the hotel upon check out? Is there a fee?

Registered hotel guests can store luggage with us without a fee. No overnight luggage storage is permitted, due to space limitations.

Is your hotel affiliated with any airlines for mileage points?

We do not have a loyalty program established as are an independent lifestyle hotel. However, we monitor our repeat and corporate clients and offer complimentary upgrades and courtesy early check in / late check out (based on business demand).

Can a guest have packages sent to the hotel? Is there a fee?

We will be glad to accept and store any packages arriving to the hotel for you. Please make sure that the name on the packages matches the name on your reservation. Please be mindful that we do have storage and handling fees. I have listed the prices below.

The prices are per package per day starting from the first day we receive the packages, unless the guest is currently in-house.

$1.00 – packs/document envelopes

$3.00 – small boxes or garment bags

$5.00 – medium boxes

$10.00 – large boxes

$15.00 – extra large and heavy packages

What is the minimum age to stay in your hotel?

At least one occupant of the room needs be 21 years or older with a valid ID and credit card.
